He graduated from UBA (University of Buenos Aires) with a degree in Law and Procurement in 1987.

From 2013 to 2015: Under-Secretary of Affairs for  Malvinas Islands, South Georgias, South Sandwich and the Surrounding Maritime Areas in the South Atlantic. 

From 2012 to 2013: Director of the General Directorate of Malvinas Islands and South Atlantic in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

From 2010 to 2012: Argentine Embassy in Cuba. First as Head of the Cultural Section and Press (Embassy Counselor) and then as Head of Chancellery.

From 2005 to 2010: General Direction of Legal Counseling of Chancellery (Embassy Counselor) responsible for maritime, fishing and marine environmental issues, Alternate Argentine Commissioner before the International Whaling Commission and Alternate Representative of the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs before the Fishery Federal Council.

From 1998 to 2005: Second Secretary and First Secretary and Consul at the Argentine Embassy in London.

From 1995 to 1997: Direction of Malvinas Islands and South Atlantic (Third Secretary)

From 1993 to 1995: Institute of National Foreign Service (Diplomatic Academy, Argentinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship)
